Exchanges and Returns

1. Right of Free Resolution

The customer has 14 days after receipt to return a product, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

The item must be:

• unused,

• intact,

• without burn marks,

• in its original packaging.

3. Non-Eligible Products

• Personalized items

• Products used or damaged by the customer

4. Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

5. Defects or Shipping Damage

6. Refund

Issued using the same payment method, within 14 business days after receipt of the return.
