Yes! All Atlantic Fog candles are 100% handmade, in small batches.

2. How long does an order take to arrive?

It depends on the address:

  • Azores: 1–5 business days

  • Mainland: 5–12 business days

  • Madeira: 4–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to transport or weather conditions.)

3. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit card

  • Multibanco

  • MB WAY

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (if activated)

4. Are the candles vegan?

Yes - we use waxes and fragrances suitable for handmade products.

5. Is the fragrance strong?

The candles are produced with balanced percentages of aroma.
The intensity may vary depending on:

  • room size,

  • ventilation,

  • wax type,

  • individual sensitivity.

6. What should I do if the candle arrives damaged?

7. Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days for returns if the candle is:

  • unused,

  • intact,

  • in its original packaging.

Personalized products are not accepted for return.

8. Can I cancel an order?

Yes, if it has not yet been shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible.

9. How should I care for my candle?

  • Always let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn

  • Trim the wick to 5–7 mm

  • Do not leave the candle burning unattended

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

10. Do you ship nationwide?
